Senior Consultant

Management Partners is looking for a Senior Consultant, who will join our team based in Dubai. 

The Senior Consultants’ primary focus will be:

• Develop project plans, supervise junior consultants in research and data / document collection, effectively conduct analysis of client’s business, prepare workshops and structured interviews, and liaise with client staff
• Prepare reports and presentations under the supervision of the project manager
• Develop specific work products and lead specific initiatives / sub-projects
• Act as a subject matter expert and become a trusted advisor to the client
• Build and cultivate successful client relationships with peer members
• Support business development efforts (proposals, marketing)
• Provide support as required to the administration of the management consulting practice (e.g. work on internal projects, support implementing IT tools for administrative support

A Senior Consultant at Management Partners has the following competencies:

• Master’s / Bachelor degree or 3-6 years of work experience, ideally with one of the top management consulting companies and / or Fortune 500 companies
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
• Commercial awareness and understanding of business environments, ability to think globally and discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify key issues and potential risks and to make recommendations to address problems
• Excellent client interaction skills, strong impression in oral communication
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Ability to cope with pressure and challenges
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and to lead client / MP teams
• Passion for learning and creative thinking
• High level of reliability in order to deliver high-quality results on time
• Strong work ethic and proper handling of confidential information
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent in English, Arabic would be a bonus
