Assessing the Educational System in a Middle Eastern Country
Our Task
The client (leading NGO) asked us to assess the current performance of the educational system in a Middle East country towards creating employment chances for the youth and to develop a country master plan to promote private sector initiatives to improve the education system. The master plan will be instrumental to the client to allocate its funding into the educational sector.
Our Approach
Identified key gaps between educational system output and labor market demand and developed master plan involving various stakeholders in order to improve the educational system for the youth and improve their chances for employment and thereby helping to close the gaps.
Our Impact
Initiated funding and support of private recruitment agencies and private vocational training centers, which will result in an enhanced coordination between educational institutions and private industry.
