- Action Plan Development: A QMS Gap Analysis report was created, including a detailed implementation roadmap to close identified gaps.
- Implementation Support: The team supported the execution of recommended initiatives, ensuring alignment with international quality standards.
- Certification Readiness: Guidance was provided on achieving international quality management certifications, preparing the organizations for evolvingindustry requirements.
OUR METHODOLOGY
A combination of quality management frameworks and process optimization techniques was employed to drive improvements. The QMS Framework wasused to assess compliance and performance gaps. QMS Gap Analysis techniques identified critical deficiencies and provided a structured corrective actionplan. Training workshops were conducted to build internal capability in quality management. Finally, a Quality PMO structure was introduced to ensureongoing monitoring, governance, and quality control implementation.
THE RESULTS
The project successfully delivered a comprehensive QMS review and gap analysis report, outlining clear improvement areas and corrective measures. Theorganizations were able to quickly establish a Program Management Office (PMO) to oversee quality management initiatives.
