BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVE
This project was initiated to strengthen the marketing function of an umbrella governmental entity in Saudi Arabia by conducting detailed market studies,operational planning, and investor engagement strategies. The initiative aimed to enhance investor attraction efforts, improve marketing impactmeasurement, and develop multi-channel campaigns to boost visibility for industrial cities.
PROJECT APPROACH

- Conducted a current state assessment and gap analysis of the organization’s marketing and investor outreach functions.
