BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVE
The objective of this project was to develop a 3-year financial outlook model assessing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on a semi-private digitalsolutions provider. The engagement involved baselining existing operations, evaluating the financial implications of COVID-19 disruptions, and integratingstrategic initiative planning to incorporate potential countermeasures. This study helped the client understand budgetary constraints, revenue risks, andoperational dependencies, while formulating a comprehensive response plan for various pandemic-related scenarios.
