BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVE
This project was initiated to assess the fertilizer sector in Iraq and Kazakhstan, identifying investment opportunities, supply chain gaps, and strategicinterventions. The International Finance Corporation (IFC) required an in-depth market assessment to evaluate the current and projected demand, supplychain dynamics, and production capacity. Additionally, the project aimed to develop investment pitch presentations to attract potential investors andpromote sustainable sector growth.
