A major Middle Eastern Oil & Gas entity required a structured ERP implementation and vendor management program to support system deployments across multiple companies within the sector. The objective was to ensure seamless program management, quality assurance, risk assessment, and technical rollout for ERP implementation. The engagement aimed to define and execute a structured ERP deployment blueprint, ensuring alignment with the business strategy and operational goals.
PROJECT APPROACH
The project began with program management setup and ERP implementation blueprints, ensuring structured execution. A blueprint review and acceptance process was conducted for pilot testing and subsequent phases, including quality and risk assessments. The team supported User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and developed a detailed “roll-out cookbook”, outlining technical and business rollout procedures. A rigorous system, integration, and performance testing protocol was implemented to ensure seamless functionality and stress-tested deployment.
OUR METHODOLOGY
A robust methodology was applied, integrating PMO setup frameworks to guide project governance and execution. Change management plans were deployed to ensure stakeholder alignment and adoption. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning ensured that system functionalities met business needs. The Roll-out Cookbook served as a detailed guide for technical deployment and business process integration. Additionally, a bidding and service evaluation methodology was applied to select the most suitable vendors, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with business objectives.

The ERP implementation program exceeded client expectations in terms of efficiency and deployment timeline. All system requirements and functionalities were detailed, ensuring alignment with the business strategy.
