
Business Strategy and Strategic Initiatives Development for Tabadul in Saudi Arabia
BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVE
Tabadul, a Saudi Arabian semi-government entity, sought to develop an overarching business strategy and strategic initiatives aligned with Vision 2030and the Kingdom’s Logistics Hub objectives. The project aimed to define a strategic roadmap, establish key initiatives, and position Saudi Arabia as aglobal logistics leader. This effort included developing a detailed execution framework and performance management system to drive long-terminnovation and operational excellence.
PROJECT APPROACH
The project was structured into six key phases:
- Strategy Review & Environmental Analysis – Conducted a comprehensive assessment of existing strategic plans and external logistics trends.
- Vision & Mission Development – Aligned the new vision, mission, and strategic objectives with Vision 2030 Level 2 Goals.
- Strategic Target & Initiative Mapping – Identified 25 key strategic initiatives to support logistics sector growth and digital transformation.
- Business Case & Plan Development – Created detailed business cases and resource plans for each initiative.
- Strategy Execution & Governance Model – Developed a structured roadmap for strategy implementation and governance oversight.
- Performance Management System – Established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and a Balanced Scorecard framework to track progress.
OUR METHODOLOGY
