Implementation Support of Education Reform
Our Task
The client has decided on an new educational reform strategy, which includes new curriculum guidelines, extended teaching hours and new performance system for teachers. The 1st phase of the new reform had to be in place before the start of the new semester, leaving only few months for the implementation.
Our Approach
We focused our hands-on support on the critical work streams to ensure timely delivery of the overall program. Part of our support was defining for each work stream a detail work plan, daily coordination with client teams, identifying & solving issues and building client organization capabilities.
Our Impact
Ensured that all critical program elements were in place for a timely and successful launch before the start of the new semester. Trained client team and built client capabilities, allowing the client to implement the 2nd phase of the reform without external support.
