ICT Strategy/ Cluster Development
Developed the ICT-Vision and strategy for a city development in a Gulf country. The work included identifying the qualitative & quantitative benefits for the city development, calculation of an overall business case and design of the PPP operating model to build and operate advanced ICT infrastructure and services as well as the communication strategy to attract foreign investment and to build an ICT cluster in this area.
Impact: Regulator approved ICT vision & strategy and included citywide advanced ICT services/infrastructure as part of the city value preposition to attract foreign investments, businesses and residence. RfP process launched to identify suitable PPP-partner
