We utilize our mobile solution to provide real-time updates and online data accessibility  to our clients. The solution allows to capture multi-media elements as well GPS coordinates, which are crucial information for any distribution and retail related surveys.

 

How does it work:

  • Our data collectors collects survey data and multi-media information (photos, bar codes, sound, signatures) with our mobile devices.  

  • Data are uploaded in real-time to our central application server. GPS location and date/ time of conducting the survey are added automatically by the system - ensuring no manipulation by the data collector.

  • All survey results are available for our clients in real-time for analysis and progress & quality control

  • Our form managers create/edit and upload forms to our application server, which distributes the new/updated forms in real-time to our field force.  This provides our clients the flexibility to add additional survey data fields to the last minute.

  • Our quality manger ensure that all data have been provided in the right quality and at the right locations and that there are no inconsistencies

  • Our report manager generates regular reports and statics for our clients and provide them updates on the latest results
